Challenge
The platform was already in production, so every improvement had to respect existing users, encrypted data, and reporting workflows while still moving the product forward.
Approach
Implemented secure Django secret key rotation with backward compatibility for existing encrypted records.
Delivered new reporting and traffic analytics capabilities across the React and Django platform.
Improved performance and reliability while keeping deployment risk low for active production users.
